On Monday (8th April) Students took part in cooking classes organised by Ms Mielczarek and sports classes which were organised by Mr Rozynek. After dinner prepared by Ms Mielczarek and Ms Poniecka and their students, we met at Medical University of Silesia where Ms Wanat gave a lecture: "Eat Healthily & keep fit" and I did a summery of the project. Then we took part in a Molecular Gastronomy Show prepared by Ms Wanat.
On Tuesday we went on a trip to Auschwitz-Birkenau Concentration Camp and to Krakow.
On Wednesday morning we visited The Bread Museum in Radzionków where we baked traditional Polish rolls. In the afternoon we had a meeting in the Fundation of Cardiac Surgery Development in Zabrze. o
On Thursday we visited the historical Coalmine "Guido" in Zabrze. In the afternoon we visited a castle in Pszczyna and we had farewell dinner.
